To live in this community you will need to purchase a parcel. A parcel consists of three 10'x18' parking spaces. One of these spaces must be occupied by a tiny home purchased from the subdivider. We would think you would want to use the other parking spaces as a garden/patio and a place to park your car, but if you could park 2 cars if you don't like going outside for some reason. But remember there are only 39 parcels available and their going really really really fast 😉.
